Student Registration

All new students will register at the Pine Hill Board of Education, located at 1003 Turnerville Rd., Pine Hill. For more information please call (856) 783- 6900 ext. 1034 for an appointment. 

To minimize your registration time please print and complete the grade level specific packets below and bring with you along with necessary documents.

What to bring to registration
  * Completed Registration packet
  * Proof of Residency
  * Mortgage Statement or lease
  * Notarized letter from home owner/ lease holder 
  * Document of Relationship to student
  * Birth Certificate
  * Custody Agreement
  * Court Order
  * Transfer Card
  * Report Card/Transcript
  * Health/ Immunization Record (Proof is required to start school)
  * Test Scores ( ASK, S-Test, HSPA, PARCC)

Homeless Information

If you move into the Pine Hill Public School District and you are currently homeless or living with someone out of necessity, it is important to fill out the attached paperwork and bring it with you as you register your child. Also fill out the paperwork for Medicaid Information, which may be found under New Jersey Department of Education Information. At registration these forms are also available.
